Before you send your request

Will the clean damage polycarbonate panels?

No — I use a soft-brush water-fed pole system at low pressure. It's specifically designed for glass and polycarbonate roofing and won't scratch, chip or mark the panels.

Do you walk on the roof?

Never. I clean the entire roof from the ground using reach-and-wash equipment. No risk of cracked panels or dented frames.

Can you clean the gutters too?

Yes — conservatory gutters clog up with debris fast. I can vac them out while I'm on-site. Add a note on the form and I'll include pricing.

What about bird mess and heavy algae?

Covered. Heavy algae, bird droppings, moss and green film all lift off with the right detergent and the brush. Just mention it on the form so I can factor the time in.

Do I need to be home?

Only if I need side-gate access. I'll confirm this when I reply to your request.
