Payment Methods
We make it very easy to pay for services that we have completed. Generally, we accept bank transfers for domestic customers and invoice payments for commercial customers, also processed through bank transfers. We've found that our customers prefer bank transfers as it gives them complete control over making payments as needed, eliminating the need for us to set up direct debit details. Simply put, you pay us via bank transfer after we complete a job for you, keeping the process simple and straightforward. No contracts, no direct debit, and no complicated sign-ups.
How to make payment
We will notify you once we have completed a job, such as a recent window or gutter cleaning. You can then use the details we provide to make a straightforward bank transfer. No complicated forms are required.
We complete the job agreed.
We carry out the service that was agreed. For example, a regular window clean or a one off gutter clean.
We provide our bank details.
After the job is complete, we send over our bank details with the amount to pay. Normally, by text message.
You make payment by bank transfer.
You then make payment to the details provided. Normally, we ask for you to put the house number and road name as the reference.
We get paid and all is done.
We receive the funds into our bank and the transaction is complete. Very straight forward process.
