Our terms serve as guidelines and reflect common practices we strive to follow. We don't believe in locking our clients into contracts. Instead, we're committed to offering affordable, high-quality services that are reliable and trustworthy. These guidelines are provided to help our clients understand how we operate and what is generally expected in regular window cleaning services.

Flexibility and Trust:

We believe in maintaining a flexible and transparent relationship with our clients, emphasising quality and reliability in our service delivery.

Payment:

Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash upon service completion.

Scheduling:

Cleaning rounds are scheduled monthly or every other month, as per your selection.

While we aim for consistency, scheduling may vary by a few days due to work demands, with advance notification provided.

Cleaning Method:

Water-fed pole method for higher and difficult-to-access windows, with traditional methods for ground-level and specific windows, ensuring thorough cleaning.

Privacy:

Client information is kept confidential and never sold or disclosed.

Rescheduling and Holidays:

Unforeseen circumstances may lead to rescheduling, with prompt communication to arrange the next suitable cleaning day. Holiday breaks are communicated in advance, ensuring clients are informed and services are rescheduled accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:

Easy cancellation through a simple text message, ideally before the next scheduled service.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Commitment to resolving any service dissatisfaction with a prompt re-clean of the specified areas.

Access Issues:

Cleaning is conducted on accessible windows if entry restrictions occur, emphasising the importance of accessible premises.

Operational Flexibility:

Year-round operation, adapting to weather and operational demands, underpinned by our commitment to consistent service quality.
